Selien is een goed ontwikkelde merrie die iets in het vierkanttype staat. Zij heeft een mooie lange hals. In het middenstuk is zij iets kort. De lendenen zijn goed gespierd. Zij heeft een kort hellend kruis. Het beenwerk is correct gesteld. De hoeven zijn iets ongelijk vooraan. De stap was voldoende. In de draf kon zij niet beoordeeld worden.

Type:

Qalisto 28 is een rijtypische hengst die zeer goed in het rechthoekmodel staat. Zijn front is mooi. De hals is lang en bovenaan goed gewelfd maar komt iets diep uit de borst. Zijn bovenlijn is aansprekend met goede lengte en bespiering. Het kruis is lang.

 

Beenwerk:

Het beenwerk is goed ontwikkeld en heeft lengte. Achteraan staat hij iets open. De voeten kunnen royaler ontwikkeld zijn.

 

Bewegingen:

De stap is voldoende ruim maar mist iets afdruk. Hij draaft voldoende ruim en met oprichting maar met iets weinig afdruk. Op de harde bodem zijn de stap en draf voldoende ruim maar missen iets kracht. De galop is ruim maar mist iets afdruk en souplesse.  

 

Springproef onder het zadel:

Bij het springen onder het zadel kan hij iets meer inzet tonen.

De eerste springronde toonde hij weinig reactie op de sprong. De tweede omloop verbeterde hij. Het voorbeengebruik is goed en hij laat voldoende vermogen zien.

 

Qalisto 28 is een hengst met een imponerend front. Van hem wordt verwacht dat hij zijn springgenen en sterke bovenlijn zal doorgeven.

Selien is a well-developed mare with a slightly square type. She has a beautiful long neck. Her middle section is a little short. The loins are muscular. She has a short sloping croup. The stance of the legs is correct. The hoofs of the front legs are slightly unequal. The walk is sufficient. She could not be evaluated in trot.

Type:

Qalisto 28 is a rideable stallion with a very good rectangular conformation. His front is beautiful. The neck is long and well curved but slightly deep. His top line is attractive with a good length and muscular. The croup is long.

 

Legs:

The legs are well-developed and have a good length. The stance of the hind legs is slightly open. The feet could be slightly bigger.

 

Movements:

The walk is sufficiently covering but lacks some impulsion. The trot is amply covering and carriage but lacks some impulsion. This walk and trot are amply covering on hard ground but lack some power. The canter is covering but lacks some impulsion and suppleness.

 

Jumping test under the saddle:

He could show slightly more willingness to work under the saddle. He showed little reflex on the jump in the first jumping round. He improved during the second round. His front leg technique is good and he shows sufficient scope.

 

Qalisto 28 is a stallion with an impressive front. He is expected to pass on his jumping genes and strong top line.

Selien est une jument bien développée, qui s'inscrit légèrement dans un type carré. Elle a une longue et jolie encolure. Dans la partie médiane, elle est un peu courte. Le rein est bien musclé. Elle a une croupe courte inclinée. Les membres sont corrects. Les sabots sont légèrement inégaux à l'avant. Le pas est satisfaisant. Elle n’a pas pu être jugée au trot.

Type:

Qalisto 28 est un étalon typique de selle, qui s'inscrit très bien dans le modèle rectangulaire. Son avant est joli. L'encolure est longue et bien arquée au-dessus, mais l'attache est légèrement trop basse sur la poitrine. Sa ligne supérieure est attrayante avec une bonne longueur et une bonne musculature. La croupe est longue.

 

Membres:

Les membres sont bien développés et ont de la longueur. Il est légèrement ouvert à l'arrière. Les pieds pourraient être plus généreusement développés.

 

Allures:

Le pas est assez ample, mais manque un peu d'impulsion. Le trot est assez ample et relevé, mais avec peu trop peu d'impulsion. Sur sol dur, le pas et le trot sont suffisamment amples, mais manquent un peu de puissance. Le galop est ample, mais manque un peu d'impulsion et de souplesse.

 

Épreuve de saut sous la selle:

Il pourrait faire un peu plus d'efforts lorsqu'il saute sous la selle.
Le premier parcours d'obstacle, il a montré peu de réactivité au saut. Il s’est amélioré au deuxième parcours. L'utilisation des antérieurs est bonne et il montre une puissance suffisante.

 

Qalisto 28 est un étalon avec un avant impressionnant. On s'attend à ce qu'il transmette ses gènes de sauteur et sa solide ligne supérieure.
