Type:

Sambuca JW van ’t Meulenhof is een sterk gespierde hengst die iets meer in het rechthoekmodel kan staan. In het front mocht hij meer snit en uitstraling hebben. De schouderligging is iets recht. De schoft is lang. Hij heeft veel verdiep. In de bovenlijn en achterhand is hij sterk ontwikkeld.

 

Beenwerk:

Het beenwerk heeft voldoende bot en is correct gesteld. Hij kon meer lengte in het beenwerk hebben. De hoeven zijn iets ongelijk en smal.    

 

Bewegingen:

De stap is correct en actief. De draf is voldoende ruim en heeft voldoende stuwing. Op de harde bodem beweegt hij correct maar kan hij ruimer zijn. In de galop kan hij iets meer ruimte hebben en beter schakelen.

 

Springen in vrijheid:

Bij het springen in vrijheid houdt hij het hoofd wat hoog op de sprong. Het lichaamsgebruik is voldoende en hij zwaait achteraan goed uit. Hij toont goed vermogen.   

 

Springproef onder het zadel:

Bij het springen onder het zadel toont hij een goede instelling. In de stap en draf kan hij meer afdruk hebben. De galop mist iets ruimte. Hij springt makkelijk en met een goede reactie. Hij heeft een goed lichaamsgebruik en zwaait achteraan sterk uit. Hij toont goed vermogen.

 

Sambuca JW van ’t Meulenhof komt uit de bekende BWP-merrielijn 34 die al menig sportpaarden en hengsten leverde. Zijn goede springtechniek achteraan is zeker een meerwaarde.

Type:

Sambuca JW van ’t Meulenhof is a strong and muscled stallion who could have a slightly more rectangular conformation. His front could have a little more expression. The position of his shouldere is a bit straight. The withers is long. He has much deepening. His top line and hindquarters is strongly developed.

 

Legs:

His legs show ample bone and the stance is correct. He could have more length in his legs. The hoofs are slighty unequal and narrow.

 

Movements:

The walk is correct and active. The trot show sufficient cover and suspension. He moves correct on hard ground but could be more covering. The canter could have more cover.

 

Free jumping:

He holds his head slightly high in the jump during free jumping. The use of his body is sufficient and his hindquarters swings well. He shows good scope.

 

Jumping test under the saddle:

He shows a good attitude during the jumping test under the saddle. He could have more suspension in walk and trot. The canter lacks some cover. He jumps easy and shows good reflexes. He uses his body well and his hindquarters swings strongly. He shows good scope.

 

Sambuca JW van ’t Meulenhof descends from the well-known BWP-dam line 34 which already produced multiple sport horses and stallion. His good jumping technique is a true added value.

Type:

Sambuca JW van 't Meulenhof est un étalon très musclé, qui pourrait s’inscrire un peu mieux dans un modèle rectangulaire. À l'avant, il pourrait être plus fin et plus expressif. La position des épaules est un peu droite. Le garrot est long. Il a beaucoup de profondeur. Dans la ligne supérieure et l'arrière-main, il  est fortement développé.

 

Membres:

Les membres ont assez d'os et les aplombs sont corrects. Il pourrait avoir plus de longueur dans les membres. Les sabots sont légèrement inégaux et étroits.

 

Allures:

Le pas est correct et actif. Le trot est assez ample avec suffisamment de propulsion. Sur sol dur, il se déplace correctement, mais il pourrait être plus ample. Au galop, il pourrait avoir un peu plus d'amplitude et avoir de meilleures transitions.

 

Saut en liberté:

Au saut en liberté, il tient la tête un peu haut sur le saut. L'utilisation du corps est assez bonne et il déploie bien l'arrière-main. Il montre une bonne puissance.

 

Épreuve de saut sous la selle:

Pendant le saut sous la selle, il montre une bonne attitude. Il pourrait avoir plus d'impulsion au pas et au trot. Le galop manque un peu d'amplitude. Il saute facilement et avec des bonnes réactions. Il a une bonne utilisation du corps et déploie bien l’arrière main. Il montre une bonne puissance.

 

Sambuca JW van 't Meulenhof est issu de la célèbre lignée de juments BWP 34, qui a déjà produit de nombreux chevaux de sport et étalons. Sa bonne technique de saut à l'arrière-main est certainement une valeur ajoutée.
