Type :

Tornado is een goed ontwikkelde hengst die goed in het rechthoekmodel staat. In type is hij iets klassiek en hij kan iets meer hengstuitstraling hebben. De hals kan meer lengte hebben en is onderaan iets zwaar. De schoft is goed gelegen. In het middenstuk is hij iets gezonken. De achterhand is lang bespierd.

 

Beenwerk :

Het beenwerk is goed ontwikkeld en heeft voldoende lengte. Het voorbeen is iets hol en Vlaams gesteld. De hoeven zijn voldoende groot en goed gevormd.   

 

Bewegingen :

De stap is ruim en vlot. De draf is actief en met een goed gebruik van het achterbeen. De galop is ruim maar kan iets lichtvoetiger zijn. Op de harde bodem stapt hij voldoende ruim maar iets nauw vooraan en draaft hij voldoende correct en met goede afdruk.

 

Springen in vrijheid :

Bij het vrijspringen laat hij veel reactie zien. De voorbeentechniek is voldoende. Hij kan iets meer met de schoft omhoog springen en een beter ruggebruik hebben. Achteraan zwaait hij goed uit. Hij toont veel vermogen.

 

Rijden onder de testruiters :

Onder het zadel heeft hij veel looplust. Hij reageert goed op de beenhulpen. Het mondgevoel is middelmatig en hij kan beter over de rug lopen. De stap en draf zijn iets gespannen. De galop is ruim en sterk gesprongen.

 

Springen onder het zadel :

Bij het springen onder het zadel heeft hij een goede reactie maar komt hij iets weinig tot rust. Hij zou iets meer kunnen bukken op de sprong. Hij toont veel vermogen.

 

Tornado is een sterk gemaakte hengst waarvan verwacht wordt dat hij zijn vermogen zal doorgeven in de fokkerij.

Type :

Tornado is a well-developed stallion with a good rectangular conformation. His type is slightly classical and he could have a little more stallion expression. The neck could have more length and is a bit heavy at the bottom. The withers is well-positioned. His middle section is slightly sunken. The hindquarters is muscular.

 

Legs :

The legs are well-developed and have a sufficient length. The front leg is slightly hollow and toed in. The hoofs have a sufficient size and are well-shaped.

 

Movements :

The walk is covering and active. The trot is active and with a good use of the hind leg. The canter is covering but could be more lightfooted. His walk is sufficiently covering on hard ground with a little narrow in the front. His trot is sufficiently correct and has a good impulsion.

 

Free jumping :

He shows a lot of reflex during free jumping. The technique of his front leg is sufficient. He could use his back more. He swings out well and shows much power.

 

Riding under test riders :

He has much willingness to work under the saddle. He reacts well to the aids. The feeling in his mouth is average and he should walk more over his back. The walk and trot are slightly tense. The canter is covering and powerful.

 

Jumping under the saddle :

He has good reflexes during jumping under the saddle but is slightly restless. He could bend down more on the jump. He shows a lot of power.

 

Tornado is a strong stallion and is expected to pass on his power in the breeding industry.

Type :

Tornado est un étalon bien développé qui s'inscrit bien dans un modèle rectangulaire. Il a un type un peu classique et il pourrait avoir un peu plus une expression d'étalon. L'encolure pourrait avoir plus de longueur et est un peu forte à la base. Le garrot est bien placé. La partie médiane est légèrement ensellée. L'arrière-main est longue et musclée.

 

Membres :

Les membres sont bien développés et ont une longueur suffisante. L'antérieur est légèrement creux et il est légèrement cagneux. Les sabots sont assez grands et bien formés.

 

Allures :

Le pas est ample et fluide. Le trot est actif et avec une bonne utilisation de l’arrière-main. Le galop est ample, mais pourrait être un peu plus léger. Sur sol dur, il marche avec assez d'amplitude, mais un peu serré devant. Il trotte assez correctement avec une bonne impulsion.

 

Saut en liberté :

Il montre beaucoup de réaction lors du saut en liberté. La technique des antérieurs est satisfaisante. Il pourrait sauter en élevant un peu plus le garrot et avoir une meilleure utilisation du dos. Il déploie bien l'arrière-main. Il montre beaucoup de puissance.

 

Sous la selle des cavaliers d'essai :

Il est bien en avant sous la selle. Il répond bien aux aides des jambes. La sensation en bouche est moyenne et les mouvements pourraient mieux passer par le dos. Le pas et le trot sont légèrement tendus. Le galop est ample et sauté avec force.

 

Épreuve de saut sous la selle :

Pendant l'épreuve de saut, il a une bonne réaction, mais il ne se détend pas assez. Il pourrait s'accroupir un peu plus sur le saut. Il montre beaucoup de puissance.

 

Tornado est un étalon puissant qui devrait transmettre ses capacités dans l'élevage.
