Unicum-H komt comes from the breeding stable of Victor Hermans from where several horses were successful in the highest LRV level, jumping level ‘zwaar’. He is a real sire with much expression and frame. His movements are correct and with a strong impulsion. He is sensitive during free jumping and jumping under the saddle. He could use his body slightly better on the jump, but he compensates that with his power.

Type :

Unicum-H has a lot of personality. He is a well-muscled stallion with a good rectangular conformation. His neck has much length and muscle but is slightly vertical. The shoulder and withers is well-developed. The middle section and hindquarter are strong.

Legs :

The legs show bone and have a good length. The stance of the hind leg is slightly behind the mass. The feet are well-developed.

Movements :

The walk is sufficient but a little tense. The trot is covering with a strong impulsion. The canter is covering and well-jumped, but could be slightly more light-footed. He moves correct and with rhythm on hard ground.

Free jumping :

He shows much willingness to work during free jumping. The front leg technique is slightly variable. He keeps his head a little head on the jump and he could use his body better. He finishes the jump well. He shows good power.

Riding under test riders :

A was a little spooky during the change of riders. He was restless and that came at the expense of his ‘rittigkeit’. His willingness to work is sufficient to good. The feeling of his mouth was average. The walk and trot are sufficient but tense. The canter is amply covering and powerful.

Jumping under the saddle :

He lacks ‘rittigkeit’ during the jumping under the saddle. He has a good take-off. He keeps his head a little high on the jump and therefore he lacks some bending. He shows much power.

 Jewel Vita-H is an attractive mare with a good rectangular conformation. She is built uphill and has much length in her legs. The shape of the neck is good and the withers has a good position. The middle section is long and sufficiently strong. The hindquarter is well-muscled. The legs are lean and the stance is correct. The walk is amply ground covering and she trots with good impulsion.
