The victory in the Word Cup of Bordeaux went to Steve Guerdat with Victorio des Frotard (by Brabarian). But places 2 and 3 went to breeding products from top BWP breeders. Daniel Deusser and Jasmien vd Bisschop (photo) (by Larino) were slightly slower in the jump off than Steve Guerdat and won 56,000 euros. Niels Bruynseels with Ilusionata van 't Meulenhof, v. Lord Z, finished in 3rd place, which still earned them 42,000 euros.
Jasmien vd Bisschop is the breeding product of Tom De Craene. Daniel Deusser and Jasmien vd Bisschop won the GCT Super Cup Final in Prague in November. Ilusionata van't Meulenhof was bred by Theo Vermeulen and is the half-sister of Emerald van 't Ruytershof (by Diamant de Semilly), Diamanthina van' t Ruytershof (by Diamant de Semilly), Fragile van 't Meulenhof (by Calato Z) and L'Innocence van 't Meulenhof (by Diamant de Semilly), all of which are / were active on the international level. Niels and Ilusionata also recently became 3rd in the Basel Grand Prix.
