In Prague the 'Prague Playoffs' were on the program for the second year in a row. On Saturday evening there was the GCT Super Grand Prix and on Sunday afternoon the final of the GCL Super Cup was on the program.
In that final the victory went to the Shanghai Swans. Thanks to two clear rounds from Stephex Stables rider Daniel Deusser and 10-year-old Jasmien vd Bisschop (Larino x Chin Chin) from breeder Tom De Craene, they managed to win this final.
Euro Horse rider Jos Verlooy became second with his Monaco Aces team. He counted on the Emerald son Igor (by Nabab de Reve) from breeder Maarten Van Waes.
On Thursday the 1m45/1m55 high opening class was won by Jativia (VDL Cardento x Gottwald - breeder Danny Mortier) and Dani G. Waldman. The breeding product of Boone, Legend (Ogano Sitte x Nabab de Reve), was ranked third with Eduardo Alvarez Aznar. Also places four and five were for BWP thanks to Garfield de Tiji de Templiers (Quasimodo x Goldspring de Lauzelle - breeder Tim Van Tricht) and Isidoor van de Helle (Canturo x Qredo de Paulstra - breeder Mario Verbeken). They were ridden by Jerome Guery and Constant Van Paesschen.
A day later, Garfield and Isidoor were ranked in a 1m50 series at places three and five. Echo de Laubry (Virus de Laubry x Feo - breeder Haras de Laubry) finished fourth with William Whitaker. Bart Bles and Kriskas DV (Cooper van de Heffinck x Kashmir van Schuttershof - breeder Stal Devos) were third on Saturday at the same height. Niels Bruynseels and Jenson van 't Meulenhof (Vagabond de la Pomme x Quidam de Revel - breeder Mariette Van Lombergen) finished in fifth place.
